A FALLEN BEE...

I am usually never at a loss for words but I am...Helen Kelly passed from this life on Friday February 25... My Heart is hurting along with all the Granny Bee's... I feel as though I Lost my Mother and Grandmother on the same day...
I Loved to sit with her while she was Stitching and just listen to her...She could be in a room full of Bee's and never miss a thing...Her Handwork was beyond Beautiful...and if you are lucky enough to have one of her creations you will Cherish it forever...

Her Laughter will be missed...

Her very dry sense of humor too!

Helen & The Bee's last Summer in Tipp City Ohio...

Helen hooking into Wool so easily while the rest of us struggled...

Helen's "little project" she put together...

Look at her huge Smile... being a little ornery...

Helen was telling Kathy to quit taking her picture...

Helen giving in to Kathy to be in another picture...

I believe she said..."Enough Already" before Kathy snapped yet another one...

Helen at last years Winter Woolen Workshop...

Please lift her Family, Friends & The Granny Bees up in prayer as they try to imagine their lives without her...

...MAY THY HOLY BLESSING DESCEND UPON THESE BEES AND THESE HIVES, SO THAT THEY MAY MULTIPLY, BE FRUITFUL AND BE PRESERVED FROM ALL ILLS AND THAT THE FRUITS COMING FORTH FROM THEM MAY BE DISTRIBUTED FOR THY PRAISE...
St. Benedict

I can hardly read this. I can hardly look... broken hearted. She was one of my Nan's best friends... her art in my home will always be a treasure... her private sweet words to my Nan on her last days... her infectious laughter... her friendship with my mom...

Beautiful tribute Beth.

Heaven is richer.

I am so sorry for the loss of your beautiful and wonderful friend. I am sure she had alot of wonderful stories to tell and taught you alot. I feel that way when my Grandmother passed away but she was my Grandmother, more of a Mother as well than my own Mother was and my Best friend, I am 43 now and she has been gone since I was 18 yrs. old and I still miss her everyday, and I am the woman I am today because of her!!!!
I can tell your heart is heavy and I am praying for you and her family and friends.
There is now a beautiful ANGEL with the Lord!!!
She will be watching you and will be at your side!

Blessings,
Tricia
